Burgers & Honey Mustard Chicken

Everyone's got their own way to make burgers. People mix all sorts of ingredients into their burger recipes. Some people use breadcrumbs, some people use egg, some people even mix chopped onions into the meat. Heck, some people don't even use beef! I believe burgers are made of beef and the focus should be on the meat, just like steak. My recipe I believe is the simplest out there and I'll share it with all of you today.

I'll also share with you today a chicken recipe that's easy to make and fun to eat. I call it honey mustard chicken and can either be fried or baked depending on your preference. I prefer baking mine and that's what I'll show.

Burger

The Ingredients
  • Minced beef (preferably sirloin)
  • Mixed Italian herbs
  • Salt
Procedure

Get the minced beef and ball them up in your hand then flatten them into patties. Prepare your grill or your pan. Throw it in. While one side is cooking, salt the other side and put on the Italian herbs. Flip once. When the burger starts oozing out some sticky looking stuff, let it cook half a minute more then serve it. If people tell you your patty will fall apart because you didn't use a binding agent, it won't.

prepare the beef.

round them into balls then flatten them into patties.

prepare your grill (or pan).

while cooking on one side, salt the other side.

pour the Italian herbs too!

flip once!

here, i'm also preparing some sliced onions.

i like my burgers with blue cheese and sauteed onions.
